My math homework
Everytime I do my math homework,
My life is full of woes.
The questions need either models or division.
And Fractions get onto my nerves!

Today 24Apr12 @Recess.

Hardy bought 2 eggs and requested for both to be of the double-yolk kind. He paid $1.

I ribbed him, “You’re having 4 eggs. You should be paying $2. You need some Maths lesson on money skills!”

He blushed and justified, “Maybe I’m special.”

A split second later, he countered, “But this is special egg – 2 egg yolks. Ms Tiang – you need Science lesson on eggs!”

I feigned indignation, but deep down there was applause rising. I complimented him for the swift repartee and Hardy of Track V Einstein Class beamed no end.
